Price and Payment

At checkout, you as a visitor will see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment. All prices shown include VAT. Payment methods and shipping options are presented at checkout depending on where you want your package delivered and how you choose to pay. The payment terms and shipping terms are presented once you have selected your payment and shipping method. Payment is charged within 1-3 business days from when the order is registered on our website.

Delivery

Delivery time is normally 1-5 business days. Shipping costs 49 SEK. We offer SMS notification if you provide your mobile phone number at the time of ordering; the chosen carrier will then send an SMS when the package is ready for pickup, if possible. If your package is delayed, you are warmly welcome to contact us, and we will look into the matter and try to find a solution that suits your situation.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods at norrskenjackets.com, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The withdrawal period begins on the day the carrier receives the item. This means you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from when your carrier received the package.

The item must be in good condition when exercising the right of withdrawal. If we at Norrsken Jackets determine that the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its function and characteristics, we have the right to claim compensation from you as a consumer, corresponding to the item's decrease in value.

The Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) provides a standard form to follow when exercising the right of withdrawal. The form can be found here.

Complaints

In the event of a suspected manufacturing defect, for example broken seams or a broken zipper, there may be reason to exercise your right to file a complaint. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations, which give the consumer the right to seek compensation within 3 years from when the item was delivered. We assess the right to compensation on a case-by-case basis. You can read more at the Swedish Consumer Agency here.

Returns

The return costs 90 SEK. In your package from us, you will find a return note and a return label. If you use the original packaging, please cover the delivery label. If you use packaging other than the original, please pack the item in something that will withstand postal handling.

Once you have decided to exercise your right of withdrawal, the order should be returned to us as soon as possible and within the applicable withdrawal period (14 days from when you or your carrier notified Norrsken Jackets that the purchase is being cancelled). To complete the return, fill in the form included with your order.

Uncollected Packages

Uncollected packages are charged a fee of 250 SEK, to cover the costs we incur in connection with an uncollected package.

Refunds

If you as a consumer have chosen to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item(s). This happens within 14 days from when we receive your return. If the item has not arrived at our facility within 14 days, you can contact us with proof of shipment and we will of course refund the money.

We reserve the right to first receive the return, or alternatively see proof from you that the item(s) have been sent back, before the refund is processed.

For non-approved returns, or delayed, damaged, or used items, we charge a fee of 150 SEK.

Privacy Policy

When registering and placing an order with us at Norrsken Jackets, you provide your personal data. This data is stored by us only in order to fulfill our agreement with you; we do not share data with third parties unless it is necessary in order to deliver to you.

In accordance with GDPR, you are permitted to request the information that we at Norrsken Jackets have registered. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you have the right to request correction or deletion. Read more about GDPR here.
