1, What are you most proud of about yourself?
That I am an incurable optimist. I'm proud to work on fateful issues, such as climate and environment, while keeping my passion burning and my hope alive.
2, What qualities are you inspired by in others?
The quality of being able to really "geek out" and become really good at something, I find that very inspiring. So what inspires me is simply knowledge.
3, Who inspires you? Why?
Greta for going on a school strike and saying what everyone is thinking. My colleague Fanny for her immense belief in herself and the power to give to others. My mother who always goes for what she wants to do and feels passionate about.
4, What is everyday luxury for you?
Everyday luxury for me is when I have the time to experiment with new, tasty plant-based food with my partner!
5, What is your best tip for getting through the day? Do you have a really good life hack?
Lists, lists, lists! I multitask a lot, and I love it. But for it to work, I need to get what's in my head down visually. Then it's easy to get an overview, which makes it easier to prioritize...and that worrying feeling of "have I forgotten something" disappears. Can of course be applied in both work and private life.
Another great life hack is to book time for yourself in your calendar. It could be anything from exercise, a lunch date with yourself or just a walk around the block.
