PRICE AND PAYMENT
At checkout, you will see the total cost including shipping and payment. All prices shown are including VAT. Payment methods and shipping methods presented at checkout depending on where you want to send and how you choose to pay. Payment and shipping terms is displayed when you have selected payment and shipping methods.
The price of returning the goods are 10 EUR
DELIVERY
Delivery time is usually 1-5 business days, and shipping costs 6.5 euro. We offer SMS notification if you provide us with your mobile number at the time of purchase and out transportation courier might send an SMS when the package is ready to be collected, if possible.

RETURNS
If you wish to return parts or the whole order, please use the return note attached in your delivery. Our return period is 14 days and is being counted from the day you received the purchased order. In case you as a consumer have chosen to use your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item/goods. This will happen within 14 days of receipt of your return. If the product has not appeared within 14 days, please contact us with a certificate and we will pay you back. The cost of returning the package is 10 EUR . When you buy something in December you can return it until 6/1.
The product must be in good condition when using the right of withdrawal. In the case where we at Norrsken Jackets judge that the product has been handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its function and characteristics, we are entitled to claim compensation for you as a consumer, corresponding to the product’s depreciation.
In your package from us, you will find a return slip and a return label. Please fill in the reasons for returning part of, or the whole order, at the return slip. If you are using the original packaging, please cover the delivery label. In case of use package other than original, we ask you to pack in something guaranteed to hold pressure when transported.
PRIVACY POLICY
When ordering a product, you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase, you agree to this information being stored in accordance with SEAGULL – EYE GROUP privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer.
In accordance with the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) and GDRP. You have the right to know the information Norrsken jackets has registered about you. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed.
