PRICE AND PAYMENT
In the checkout, you as a visitor see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. All prices presented include VAT. Payment methods and shipping methods are presented at checkout depending on where you want your package delivered and how you choose to pay. The payment terms and shipping terms are presented when you have selected the payment and shipping method. Payment is debited within 1-3 working days from the order being registered on our website.
With us you can pay with the following : QLIRO, SWISH, PAYPAL
If you choose Swish as your payment method, all transactions will be processed in Swedish Krona (SEK).
DELIVERY
The delivery time is normally 1-5 working days. Shipping costs SEK 49. We offer SMS notification if you enter your mobile phone number at the time of ordering, then the selected carrier will send out an SMS when the package is ready for collection, if possible. If your package is delayed, you are most welcome to contact us, and we will take the matter further and try to find a solution that suits your situation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing goods on norrksenjackets.com, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. The cooling-off period starts from the day the agent receives the goods. This means that you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of your agent receiving the package.
The product must be in good condition when exercising the right of withdrawal. In the case where we at Norrsken Jackets judge that the product has been handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its function and properties, we have the right to demand compensation from you as a consumer, corresponding to the decrease in value of the product.

COMPLAINT
In case of suspected production error, for example; broken seams or a broken zipper, there may be reason to make use of the right of complaint. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s recommendations, which give the consumer the right to seek compensation within 3 years of the product being delivered. RETURN
The return costs SEK 90. In your package from us you will find a return slip and a return label. If you use the original packaging, we ask that you cover the delivery label. In the case of packaging other than the original, we ask you to pack in something that is guaranteed to last through the post.
When you have decided to use the right of cancellation, the order must be returned to us as soon as possible and within the applicable cancellation period (14 days from the time you or your representative notified Norrsken Jackets that the purchase is cancelled). To complete the return, fill in the form enclosed with your order.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Unclaimed packages are charged SEK 250, this to cover the costs we incur in connection with unclaimed packages.
REFUND
In the event that you, as a consumer, have chosen to exercise your right of withdrawal, we shall refund what you have paid for the item(s). This takes place within 14 days from when we receive your return. If the item has not appeared with us within 14 days, you can contact us with a certificate and we will of course pay the money back.
We reserve the right to first receive the return, or alternatively see a certificate from you that the item(s) have been sent back, before a refund is made.
In case of unapproved return, delayed, damaged or used goods, we charge a cost of SEK 150.
PRIVATE POLICY
When registering and ordering with us at Norrsken Jackets, you provide your personal information. The data is only stored by us to be able to fulfill the agreement with you, we also do not share data with third parties if it is not necessary to be able to deliver to you.
In agreement with the GDRP, you are allowed to demand the information that we at Norrsken Jackets have registered. In the event that the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request adjustment or removal. See more about GDPR here .
