Norrsken Movement
We want to celebrate spring and our new outdoor-collection by giving back to you with a brand new concept - the Norrsken Movement!
Together, we will embark on an inspiring walk and create a community no matter where you are. We have merged walks, movement, well-being, inspiring women and conversations into a wonderful live event. It will be a bit like a live podcast, where you sometimes follow along and just listen and sometimes you get the chance to participate and interact.
Social distancing has been part of our daily lives for over a year now. Unfortunately, we still have to keep our distance, but how we miss social contact! And you know, it's still possible to get it. The good thing about the past year is that we have found ways to bring us together even though we have to be apart. We do it virtually - live online. Let's get out into nature together, enjoy the fresh air and be inspired by the community and each other. On several occasions this spring, we will organize walks where we meet via the Sprintcrowd app to move together, albeit in different directions. We create a common movement. It will be like the energies of Norrskens spreading across the sky, but we spread a common movement energy across Sweden.
With us on our walks, we will have the opportunity to listen to and integrate with several amazing women (see the full spring schedule below). First up is Sheila Anrell who will give an inspiring talk on everyday exercise.
Sheila is a trained yoga teacher and runs About Yoga. She is also an inspirer at Aftonbladet where she shares her knowledge about mindfulness, well-being and yoga. See what else she finds on her Instagram here!

How can we meet and enjoy each other online?
All you have to do is download the sprint app and sign up for any race called Norrsken. Then when the day and time comes, you log in, lace up your walking shoes and you're off - ready to be inspired and have a lovely, much-needed hour outside. Simple, right?
