PRICE AND PAYMENT
At checkout, visitors will see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. All prices presented are inclusive of VAT. Payment and shipping methods are presented in the checkout depending on where you want your package delivered and how you choose to pay. The payment terms and shipping terms are presented when you choose the payment and shipping method. Payment is debited within 1-3 working days from when the order is registered on our website.
Delivery time is normally 1-5 working days. The shipping costs 49 SEK. We offer SMS notification if you enter your mobile phone number when ordering, then the chosen carrier will send out an SMS when the package is ready to be picked up, if possible. If your package is delayed, you are welcome to contact us and we will take the matter further and try to find a solution that suits your situation.

When purchasing goods on norrksenjackets.com, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. The withdrawal period starts from the day the agent receives the goods. This means that you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of your agent receiving the package.
The product must be in good condition when exercising the right of withdrawal. In the case where we at Norrsken Jackets assess that the product has been handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its function and properties, we have the right to demand compensation from you as a consumer, corresponding to the depreciation of the product.
The Consumer Agency provides a standard form to follow when exercising the right of withdrawal. The form is available here.
In case of a suspected production error, for example; broken seams or broken zipper, there may be reason to use the right of complaint. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency, which gives the consumer the right to seek compensation within 3 years from the delivery of the goods. The return costs 90 kr. In your package from us you will find a return slip and a return label. If you use the original packaging, please cover the delivery label. For packaging other than the original, we ask you to pack in something that is guaranteed to last for the postal service.
Once you have decided to exercise your right of withdrawal, the order must be returned to us as soon as possible and within the applicable withdrawal period (14 days from the date on which you or your representative notified Norrsken Jackets of the withdrawal). To make the return, please fill in the form attached to your order.
Uncollected packages are charged with 250 SEK, this to cover the costs we get in connection with uncollected packages.
In cases where you as a consumer have chosen to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the product(s). This is done within 14 days of us receiving your return. If the product has not arrived within 14 days, you can contact us with a certificate and we will of course refund the money.
We reserve the right to first receive the return, or see proof from you that the item(s) have been returned, before issuing a refund.
In case of unauthorized return, delayed, damaged or used goods, we charge a fee of 150 SEK.
When registering and ordering with us at Norrsken Jackets, you provide your personal data. The data is only stored by us to be able to fulfill the agreement with you, we also do not share data with third parties unless it is necessary to deliver to you.
In accordance with the GDRP, you are allowed to demand the information that we at Norrsken Jackets have registered. On the occasion that the information is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request adjustment or deletion. See more about GDPR here.
