Do you ship to other countries as well?

We only ship to the countries we have listed in the shopping cart. If you can't find your country, don't hesitate to contact us. Maybe we can find a solution for you!

How much does a return cost?

The return costs 90 SEK 

 

 

Are there any charges on my order?

Orders to non-EU countries may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes that are levied when your package reaches your country. Packages are delivered under Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not charge VAT, duties and/or taxes on an order to non-EU countries. We cannot anticipate any charges that may be incurred. If you incur additional costs, these must be paid in order for the package to be released from customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information and assistance.

 

How do I follow my order?

Once you have been notified that the package has left the warehouse, you will receive a package ID to use with the shipping company used. If your order is not delivered on time, please contact us.

 

How long does the delivery take?

We aim to always deliver is 1-5 working days from our warehouse. Delivery time may take longer depending on where you live and the volume of orders with us. Please also note that delivery time may be longer during sales periods and holidays.

 

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, you can't cancel an order, you have to pick it up and then make a return. This is because the order goes directly to our warehouse. 

Something is wrong with my order, what should I do?

Please contact us if your order is wrong, and then make a return of the wrong items.

 

How do I return a product?

You will receive a return slip and a parcel label with your delivery. Fill in the relevant reason code, then attach it to the return and send the goods to us. As soon as we have received your shipment, you will receive a refund. If you have not received a return label, it is still easy to make a return, contact us and we will send you a new one. Please note that the product must be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels, etc.

 

Can I exchange goods?

Of course you can exchange goods, and we want you to have your new jacket as soon as possible. Send back your jacket and place a new order, and the refund will be processed as soon as we receive the return. How long can I return an item?

Return your goods to us within 14 days (from the date you received the shipment).

 

When will I get my refund?

Within 14 days after we have received your return, you will be able to see your refund in your account. If you have used an invoice from Klarna, we handle the contact with Klarna.

 

How do I choose the right size?

Sometimes it's tricky to know which size works best. That's why we have a size guide to help you find the right one, no matter which model you are curious about! It can be found on each product page.

 

How do I find the products?

There are several different ways to find the products on Norrsken, either through inspiration or by clicking on the store and starting to look at our range. If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can instead use the search function at the top right or inside the product page.

 

How do I place an order?
  1. Once you find the jacket you're interested in, click inside to get more detailed information about details, available colors and sizes.
  2. Once you have found something you want to buy, select the color and size and add it to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart on the top right, you can review your cart at your leisure, finalize your purchases or remove them altogether.
  3. Fill in the delivery details and choose a payment method.
  4. Click on 'Complete purchase' to confirm your order.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is shipped from us, you will receive a delivery confirmation.

 

Why can't I order the product I want?

If you cannot select a certain size or product, it means that the product is sold out. You can join our waiting list by sending us your email address. 

 

Payment

The prices presented online are inclusive of VAT. At the checkout, visitors see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated at the checkout, depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping conditions are indicated at the checkout, depending on the chosen shipping method and country.
