You will receive a return slip and a parcel label with your delivery. Fill in the relevant reason code, then attach it to the return and send the goods to us. As soon as we have received your shipment, you will receive a refund. If you have not received a return label, it is still easy to make a return, just contact us and we will send you a new one. Please note that the product must be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels, etc.

Orders to non-EU countries may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes that are levied when your package reaches your country. Packages are delivered under Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not charge VAT, duties and/or taxes on an order to non-EU countries. We cannot anticipate any charges that may be incurred. If you incur additional costs, these must be paid in order for the package to be released from customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information and assistance.
Of course you can exchange goods, and we want you to have your new jacket as soon as possible. Send your jacket back and place a new order, and the refund will be processed as soon as we receive the return. Please note that the product must be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels etc.
We aim to always deliver is 1-5 working days from our warehouse. Delivery time may take longer depending on where you live and the volume of orders with us. Please also note that delivery time may be longer during sales periods and holidays.
Once you have been notified that the package has left the warehouse, you will receive a package ID to use with the shipping company used. If your order is not delivered on time, please contact us.

Return your goods to us within 14 days (from the date you received the shipment).

If you cannot select a certain size or product, it means that the product is sold out. You can join our waiting list by sending us your email address.
