1, What are you most proud of yourself?

That I am an incurable optimist. To work with issues of destiny, such as climate and environment, and at the same time keep my passion burning and my hope alive, I am proud of that.

2, What qualities are you inspired by in others?

The ability to really be “nerdy” and get really good at something, I think it’s very inspiring. So what I’m inspired by is knowledge, quite simply.

3, Who inspires you and why?

 Greta who goes on school strike and says what everyone thinks. My colleague Fanny for her excessive belief in herself and the power to give to others. My mother who always goes for what she wants to do and feels passion for.

4, What is an everyday luxury for you?

 Everyday luxury for me is when I get the time to experiment with new, good plant-based food with my partner!

5, What is your best advice for getting your everyday life together? Do you have a really good life hack?

 Lists, lists, lists! I multitask a lot, and I love it. But for it to work, I need to bring down what is in my head visually. Then it is easy to get an overview, which makes it easier to prioritize… and that anxiety of “have I forgotten something” disappears. Can of course be applied both at work and privately.

Another good life hack is to book time for yourself in the calendar. Can be anything from exercise, lunch date with yourself or just a walk around the neighborhood!
