If you have planned time for your workout, it will be easier to actually perform it.

It is always easier to workout when you train with someone because then you can pep and support each other!

Rest and sleep properly

This gives your muscles a chance to recover, which is a must if you want to get stronger.

Set a goal!

When you have a goal to work towards, it makes the workout both more fun and more effective.
